I used to receive email notifications when someone put @lizfrith in a comment, but I haven't been receiving them for a while now. I looked at my settings and I have notifications enabled. I am not sure what is wrong—has anyone else experienced this before?
There are a couple things that may be going on.
Are other people getting notifications? If so, notifications can be configured at a project and system level. Are you getting notifications from other Jira projects? Are you getting notifications from Confluence? Do you have multiple accounts and maybe you are logged into the wrong account?
Do you get notifications when you are watching a ticket (status changes, field changes)?
