I have found a UI/UX issue in JIRA under "Work Log".. Where shall i report?

Steps to reproduce the JIRA issue
- Logged in to JIRA
- Search for a Story
- Select Work log
- Fills the details in the form and select SAVE
- View the Pre-saved JIRA details.
Observation -
- Here found that the content is going out of the specified area.
- The date and hours are overlapping the text.
