I have jira on-premise, and how to integrate Zoho CRM? I have not found add-on of Zoho CRM.

Or I do recommend you think about to write own functionality based on the REST api, from Zoho:

I haven't Jira Cloud, I have set up Jira on-premise in-house server.

Do you have on your Jira some script engine (Groovy, SIL, js)?
