I have multiple scrum boards created in a single project. Can I add people only to specific board?

For eg:

Project:xyz

Boards: b1,b2,b3

I wish to add p1 and p2 to only b1. So that p1 and p2 can only access b1 board and not b2,b3.

Is that possible in JIRA? If yes, how?

Hello @Avani Mahadik

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Access to the agile board is based on the people with whom the board filter has been shared.

To limit who can access a given agile board, change who the underlying filter is shared with. Refer to:

You can make the filters of each board based on a selection field. (e.g. the teams field).

  • project = xyz and Team = b1 order by rank asc
  • project = xyz and Team = b2 order by rank asc
  • project = xyz and Team = b3 order by rank asc

When you set the team on an issue it will appear on the correct board.
