I have no template (in field Description ) if I create a ticket via "Add child issue" button.

There is a template in the field "Description" for ticket with type "Story".
I added it before through Issue settings. 

If I create a story through the button "Create" (on the top of Jira screen), everything is fine, the template is created inside the ticket in the field "Description".

But if I try to use the other way of ticket creation, when I click on "Add child issue" button inside Epic, to add a new story in this epic, then this story ticket is created without my template for the field "Description".

How I can fix it?

You can solve this just adding the 'Description' or any other field as required. When you set some field as required, Jira will display to you a pop-up to fill your fields.
