Hi @Vishnu Vardhan Chenna,

Assuming that the project you are trying to automate is company managed, can you make sure that Project Role (atlassian-addons-project-access) has all necessary permissions in the permission scheme used for your project? That would at least be browse project, edit issues, transition issues.

Also, make sure that the statuses you selected to transition from and to in your automation rule do exist in the workflow of selected issues.

Hope this helps!

Hi @Vishnu Vardhan Chenna

Can you verify that:

  • There is an available transition between the two statuses you are trying to move the issues?
  • The Project Role (atlassian-addons-project-access) has permission to transition issues?

Thanx!
