I have the following error in install big picture plugin and I cant view app config detail

my jira version is 9.12 and big picture version 8.53

after check log in jira i see this error 

 database upgrade is impossible because of the lack of upgrade task continuty.

current version database is:0 but next upgrade task version is : optional [taskcoreupgradetaskv28]
