I have to change the server's IP address. Any gotchas?

I have to change the IP address of my Jira Service Desk server.

Other than (a) making the change on the server and (b) changing the IP address on our DNS servers, is there anything else I need to do or be aware of?

You should also talk to the network folks. Firewall rules often are tied to IP addresses.  Depending on your shop the guys doing the DNS update may not do the firewall rules or pass the info on.

@Jason FreemanChanging IP and keeping domain name same as old one will rarely affect any thing. So you are good to go.

I would review the white list on the other tools you might have, in case you need to update that info there as well
