I installed Jira 8.13 as Service but after Reboot it is not starting. Install on Ubunut 20.04

Hello,

installed Jira 8.13 as Service but after Reboot it is not starting. Install on Ubunut 20.04

When installation was finished it say start. It works . Than i reboot not work. 

- How can i start now ?

. How can i fix this, that it always start as service ?
