I'm a Jira admin, but I can't delete issue/task!!!!

I login with admin role, but I cannot remove the issue/task.
I'm pretty sure I have full access to the project/board, but not deletion.

Please help me asap.

Check your permission scheme to see who can delete issues in that project.

Finally, I found the Jira-Administration and Site-Administration section in Setting, after added me into these section, I can delete issue/task now.

Hi Ngo,

Glad you fixed it, but I strongly reccommend to be careful with that permission. If you delete something in Jira you have no way of getting it back, so be sure to limit this permission and try to use it only when absolutly neccesary.

Obviously, sometimes deleting is necessary, but we can avoid this testing in developer instances or pre production.
