I'm admin but I can't install a add-on (Jira Cloud + BigPicture)

I tried to install a trial of BigPicture but the system does not allowed the license. Even when I try directly by Atlassian Marketplace does not work Opera Snapshot_2018-07-19_153234_my.atlassian.com.png . I am installing by an admin account.

What does "does not work" mean? What are you doing, and what happens?

(For all we know "does not work" means a penguin jumps on your keyboard and stops you using it)

I doubt you can carry this function as it's restricted.
