I'm curious to know , if we can add selected labels in labels drop down

I have a small requirement so that if we can add labels in the suggestions drop down box to make users easy to point the particular label . i have some regularly used labels;these we use in edit screen , kindly help me in this if we can add them in the suggestions drop down .
