My client asked me to add a story point custom field in issue type story in a particular project only .They have been used 15 various issue types including EPIC ,FUTURE....etc in same project. I was added to that field in only STORY issue type but that will appers in other issue types too. If we delete that field in other issue types then it will disappears in issue type story too.

It seems in your environment the same screen scheme is being used across all issue types. That's the reason to see the story point field in all issue types.
If you would like to see story point field in only STORY issue type, you should create a new screen scheme and associate STORY issue type with the new screen scheme.
