I'm getting a 404 error when I click on the Github button

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Importing data from Github

When I click on the Github button to import the data from Github, it sends me to this URL:

https://dashman.atlassian.net/secure/admin/GithubSetupPage!default.jspa?externalSystem=com.atlassian.jira.plugins.jira-importers-github-plugin:githubImporterKey

which gives me a 404. Am I missing something?

Also the import process for Trello and CSV is failing. It looks like a larger error in the import processes...
