Hi Kedar,

Could you clarify what specific monitoring tool you are trying to use to track Jira?  Is this the PRTG monitoring tool: https://www.paessler.com/network_monitoring_tool

Or is this some other tool like logicmonitor or a Solarwinds product?  

I suspect the specifics of what can be monitored will be different depending on the product and the protocols in use, but off-hand I can think that in general you would want to monitor the HTTP/HTTPS port that Jira is using to server up content, the proxy port used to redirect (if in use),  and from there perhaps the database server Jira is using to sure this remains up as well since Jira is dependent upon that in order to operate.

Perhaps if you can provide us some more specifics we can craft a more precise answer here.
