I'm randomly unable to connect to Jira to perform the initial set-up

I've been deploying Jira the exact same way over the past couple weeks and I've been able to access the set-up pages. Now it's just randomly not working while trying to deploy it today. I checked my domain name on ICANN to make sure that's good and it is, my load balancer health checks are passing so that means my load balancer is connecting to my Instances running Jira. What else can I do to trouble shoot? Jira is running and I'm looking through the application-jira and catalina.out logs and don't see anything that stands out ( albeit I don't really know what I'm looking for). What else have I missed/can I try to troubleshoot?
