I'm trying to assign an Issue to a User within my project but receiving "No Matches"

When I try to Assign a User to an Issue in my project I receive "No Matches" even though the Users and Groups have been given permissions to this project. I'm only able to create and save an issue if I save it to "Unassigned". If I try to assign to the default user for the project I receive the error "The default assignee does NOT have ASSIGNABLE permission OR Unassigned issues are turned off."

Hi Kristen,

There is an additional permission called "Assignable User." You may need to add that to the permission scheme for the group/project.
