I'm trying to integrate whatsapp to my Jira Cloud using the Twilio Integration/Connector.
The thing is I cannot follow thru with their Documentation on linking it together. I found this photo from their Documentation and I just don't know where can I find this page on my Jira Instance.
There was no documentation on where exactly I can find this.
Not really a good Documentation out there, but I'm giving it a try.

After some time researching on my end, I seem to figure out how this works.
It seems that this add-on was made for Jira Service Management (JSM). Therefore if you go to a JSM project and go to the project configuration section, you should see the connection settings for that project to Twilio:
