I made a mistake of moving a bunch of JIRA tickets from project SDFE to SDPE

I made a mistake of moving a bunch of JIRA tickets from project SDFE to SDPE.
I was wondering if it is possible the undo / revert this mass move?
So for example where ticket SDFE-31307 was moved to SDPE-26, can that be moved back to SDFE-31307?

Hi @Ajay salla  - No, there is no Undo. You will have to do another Move function to move them back.

Hi @John Funk  Thanks for help.

If it was just a case of moving them back, I could probably do that myself fairly easily, the issue is that I'm not sure if the ticket numbers would revert back to the original ticket numbers, or would I get new ticket numbers in project SDFE? The desired outcome is to revert the ticket numbers as they were in the original project.
New ticket numbers would cause an issue with the existing references all over the place.

It will be new numbers, but it should maintain the references. Do one and see how it works.

Hello,

Unfortunately that is not possible to undo. I see this question from a couple years back on the same topic:
https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Is-it-possible-to-undo-moving-an-issue-from-one-project-to/qaq-p/588753

Nic's answer is spot on -

No, there's no "undo" in JIRA.  If you move the issue back, it'll take the next free number in the project, like any other issue move.
