I need a JQL to find how many tickets are not resolved or closed that are older than 4 days?

Issues which has been created more than 4 days age and not resolved yet:

resolution = EMPTY AND created <= -4d

Issues which doesn't have any activity more than 4 days and not resolved yet:

resolution = EMPTY AND updated <= -4d

It is something like 

status != Resolved AND created <= -4d
