We need a plugin in order to allow us to import the Selenium auto test results from Jenkins in a report format to Jira Cloud

AIO Tests has a Jenkins plugin using which you can mark runs from automated tests for any JUnit compatible framework/TestNG/Cucumber.

You can also create new cases while importing results or choose to import your feature files as tests.

Have you checked TestFLO - Test Management for Jira?

It has built-in Jenkins integration and allows you to trigger a test run from Jira on Jenkins, and import test results automatically from Jenkins into Jira, represented as test cases with passed/failed statuses set. It supports Selenium given that you are running it through anything that is able to return a JUnit-compatible XML result file (or TestNG-compatible XML).

How do you want to use these results in Jira? Are you already using a test management add-on in Jira? Can you use Jenkins to generate the reports? I'd recommend to check the Atlassian marketplace to see the different options, based on your requirements you may find an add-on that meets your needs:
