I need a search for changes to an issue field "working group support" in order to see how much incidents and service requests came in particular group and how much of them were actually resolved by this group. Need a report for ticket bouncing history and analysis.

You can try to export ticket history via API or other solutions for different hosting types:

After that, you can make the report and analysis you need.
If you're on Cloud, check out the Issue History add-on. Here you can customize your report and add any standard or custom field to the grid. It was developed by my team as a journal for every past activity.
