I need a solution regarding the Gadgets.

I want to configure the Dashboard with Gadgets as shown in the attachments.

1. i want the Gadget name to show the open vs on hold vs closed issues in Blocks wise representataion not a graphical .please give me a solution to get the gadget to show block wise representation.

2. i want a gadget name to show the Workflow status in Graphical representation as shown in first attachment.

You will need to find or write new gadgets to do those, or get one of the reporting Apps (EazyBI, Dataplane for example) to generate them.
