I need a componente with that to used for create my custom input, i need create componente with autocomplete for Sql in jira cloud

You can't use SQL on Cloud, you don't have any access to the database.  If you mean JQL, then components already autocomplete when you're writing JQL, so I'm not sure what you are asking for.
