I need help with Group Sign off

I have a project that is going to need GroupSign Off, we have the app installed but I'm trying to making it active in the issue, I've checked the following:

-  Workflow - No conditions (checked another project that uses GroupSign Off and their workflow doesn't have any validator, or condition so I assume I don't have to touch anything there. Also this condition in my new project, any ideas?.) 

- Screens (Compared my project with the screen from the working project, no specific custom fields defined the GroupSign off section)

- GroupSign Off app - I can see an already existing rule for this and it has an issue type linked to it. 

Provide some feedback.
