I need to ADD status as Closed in the board

I need to add Close status for a particular Task and , I want to it is not going to reflected on the board but need to be their in the back end only Project manager can only see the closed one tasks details

Hi @Sindhuja Guttina , welcome to the community.

So I'm not 100% sure exactly your goal. However if you are saying that you want to have your closed status not associated to your board then, assuming this is a CMP project, you can simply not map the closed status to any column.

if the above does not address your question please elaborate a bit on your situation. Include information such as whether this is a TMP or CMP project.
