I need to be able to change the refresh rate to 1 minute

I need to change the gadget refresh interval to 1 minute. I have change it in the database to one minute but I would like to have that exposed as an option in the gadget configuration.

I suspect they set it to 15 minutes minimum for a good reason though.

I certainly wouldn't want my users to be able to do it - there's enough of them with dashboards who'd think that a 1 minute refresh would be a "good idea" and pointlessly thrash the server. As a one-off for display dashboards/slabs/report-walls yes, but not for most users.
