I need to create 30 new components for my project. Rather than creating one by one is it possible to have them added via bulk update. If yes, how?

FYI - There are no issues / stories created in JIRA yet. Project is about to kick off and we need to have these components added before the project can kick-off.

You can import bulk components into project with built in functionality called CSV import (Cloud) or CSV import (Server/DC)

Something I noticed when using CSV Import to create new Components In Jira Cloud is that the import process reports a warning  message, though it does create the new Components
