I need to create a dashboard related some percentage based on bug task

Percentage will be calculated based on number of the bug sub task created under stories vs planned stories in sprint. I need to show some percentage in dashboard. Can you suggest is any way achieve this?

Unfortunately, you cannot get these metrics using Jira's standard dashboard gadgets. If you are open to a marketplace solution, I recommend Mindpro Insights. I work at Mindpro, and I believe it can help you meet your requirements. The app is designed to be simple and easy to use so everyone can create and share dashboards, choosing from 50+ gadgets. There are also custom gadgets you can configure. Just trying to follow the example you described, I created a simple dashboard using a mix of pre-loaded and custom gadgets:

I have a card to show the number of Bugs, so I added a custom one to show me the same information in percentage, considering the total issues filtered:

After configuring the card, this would be the result:

Unfortunately, this is not possible using Jira's native gadgets.

A possible solution would be to search the Atlassian Marketplace for a plugin that offers such a gadget.

If you consider the idea of using a plugin, our Great Gadgets app offers an Advanced Issue Filter Formula gadget that allows you to calculate and display these numbers easily.

To achieve this, the gadget must be configured like this:

There are no built-in dashboard gadgets to show what you ask.  Please investigate the Atlassian Marketplace for addon gadgets / apps which may help.
