I need to create more than 100 options in MLCS field

Are you using Multi-Level Cascading Select Plugin? Have you tried this answer on old Atlassian Answers system?

Hello,

In new MLCS version there is an option in 'System'/'Import from another system'

==> IMPORT from MLCS CVS

In v3.2.0 there is a bug, they corrected it (for me) in a v3.2.1 to appear shortly.
