I have an issue link type duplicated and I want to delete one and keep the other, but to do that I need to edit the tickets that have the issue link type that will be delete.
The problem is the amount is big and as I cannot edit them by bulk change I'm asking you if there is a way to do it that is not going to be manual.
I hope you can help me.
Thanks!
Hey Sofia!
You could create an automation rule with a schedule trigger and limit it to all issues with the unwanted link, then use a branch for linked issues to create another link on each of those issues, connecting them to the trigger issue. Thus, all issues will have two links. After that, you can just delete the unwanted link from the instance.
Hope this helps!
