I need to export more than 1000 results into excel temporarily. how can I do it one time?

I'd question the "need" to do it.  What are you going to do with thousands of issue records (which are potentially obsolete before you even finish the export)?

They are in cloud. The plugin doesn't support it according to their site

As @Joe Pitt says, you can't. You can may be try a workaround using some script and API and write the data into csv/xlsx file (possible with python/xlswriter/pandas...)

But the good question is what do you want to export so much data ? Did you look at the dashboard and gagdet to suit your requirement ?

defects vs tickets analytics like - defect impact on tickets, first time right, escaping defects etc...

we have a big system with lot of teams that open and close tickets, in 2 different Jira systems.

You can look at the marketplace find some plugin that will help you to achieve this
