I need to remove the value " depends on the deliverable" the second one with the blank form field Linked issues which is Jira default field. how can this be achieved?

Log in as an admin, go to Admin -> Issues -> Issue linking, and remove the link type with that pair of names.

You will be asked if you want to remove all existing links of that type and/or move them to another type.
