I need to report a bug but there's no way to do that on a free plan??

I think I'm experiencing a bug whereby one of my colleagues can't edit our Jira Discovery ideas even though I've granted her access to do so. I've made her a 'user (creator)' in the discovery product group and she appears as one of the group members in my admin view of the group (exactly as my other colleague who does have access does). However, despite logging out and back in again her own profile doesn't show her as having access and she's unable to edit discovery ideas. I think this is a bug, but I've no way to raise it with Atlassian...
