I own a project in jira but it will no let me edit my workflow

I have all my permissions sent up correctly , i own the project, i was able to edit the workflow up until a week ago ?

I recommend confirming a couple of things

•  Are you a Jira Project Admin or a Jira System Admin?

Only Jira System Admins can edit workflows that are shared across multiple projects or that are part of a workflow scheme used by multiple projects. Even if you own the project, you might hit this limit if the workflow is shared.

• Double-check Permissions

Besides being a Project Admin, you may also need the Jira System Administrator global permission for certain changes.
