I see different type of project than my colleagues

Dana Fischer July 24, 2017

So, we did some changes to the project and somehow, it didn't sync. There are 2 different cases with the same issue:

1. In one project, I see a Scrum type of prj, and my colleague, which is also an admin of the prj sees it as basic type of project. I checked already the permissions and shared the filter and stuff, and it is the same.

2. In another project, I made a filter on the backlog, which I shared it, but my colleagues don't see it with the modification I did.

Looks like your second user is not permissioned for JIRA Software, so they get none of the Software functions.
