I seem to be limited to 5 users in my Jira cloud Free version. The website says limit is 10.
I am working with the free cloud version of Jira. When I tried to create a 6th user, it says that I have reached the limit of users. However, the Atlassian website (Jira Pricing - Monthly and Annual Subscription Cost per User (atlassian.com) says that the limit is 10 users. How can I get to 10 users?
