I upgraded my plan to $10/month. But, its still showing as free user.

I have a post action that whenever the issue is reopened the "The Resolution of the issue will be cleared."

So now the status is "Reopened" ; Resolution is " None" ; Resolution Type still has the old value & the issue still has the  green tick mark.

I tried to edit the issue to see if I can manually change the resolution type, but I cant find that field.

Someone please help. Thanks in advance.

Could you provide a screenshot? If the Resolution field is cleared then the value must be Unresolved not None. I guess you added None to resolutions. If so , then remove it. Also what is Resolution Type. Where do you see it?
