Unfortunately our Tech Lead has been disconnect from our company, and he had the aim login and password. Everything is under this login. How can I update the bilíngue information?

The site-admin/billing contact has an email address of projeto@p****.***
I have redacted that email address since this is a public forum. But the domain is the same as yours. In cases like this, I would recommend that you work with your email admin in order to temporarily reactivate that email account. If you can gain access to that email account, you could then do a password reset using https://id.atlassian.com/login/resetpassword
By following those steps, you could then gain access to that account in order to update the billing details.

We do not have the ADM MANAGER login anymore. Our developer, has left the company, so we do not have the ADM LOGIN anymore. Without this login we cannot update the billing information. Our JIRA account is susppended. We are in a critical situation.
