I want to Migrate a jira server data to jira cloud instance, jira cloud is already having  many projects and data in it is very precious.

so please assist me the best way of migrating the data from server to cloud(cloud is already in use).

want to know about the attachments migration from server to cloud too.

Dear @Ravichandra_Itagi,

my recommendation is to upgrade first to a 7.x.y Jira Server Version. Then you can follow the link in this article.

Your Upgrade Path: 6.4.1 -> 6.4.14 -> 7.0.11 -> 7.7.2 -> Cloud

I also recommend, that you create a news evaluation Cloud instance for testing the import. But you will have an issue with merging data.

Or you move the issues form one to the other Cloud instance.
