I want to add on Bug issue type a pop up screen whenever the Bug reaches state “Answered”

In the screen there will be a field Drop Down List “Answered reason”

For the user to choose

Hi @Maktumhusain Taseeladar ,

you need to edit the workflow associated to Bug in your project workflow scheme (please verify that that workflow is not used by other issue types) adding a screen to that transition that include your custom field.
