Hi there,
I started with a small Jira-Project (in the cloud) and so I decided to take a clear and specific name for the project as "projectA.atlassian.net". Now many other people in my company also wants a Jira-Account and my company is thinking about many other projects in Jira. Now the name of the URL should be more like "CompanyA.atlassian.net". Is there an easy method to change the name of the URL? And how could thid change be managed?
Historically this has not been possible. However, at Summit last month they announced they could do this. You cannot do yourself but you can reach out to Atlassian Support.
Thank you Jack. I just asked the Atlassian Support but got no answer yet.

Hi Jack, I was directly contacted by the Atlassian Support on Tuesday and today my changed URL is online. It was a very smart conversation and really focused in solving my problem/wishes. The first tests today were fine.
