I want to change the owner permission on dashboard

 can you please suggest me like how can i get the admin permission (jira-admin and jira-system-admin) with different tiers of rights. so that i can be able to change.

Hello @Deepika 

In order to get the admin rights, you have to reach out to your current admin who can grant you the required admin rights.
