I want to do a road map project in the 'project management' template but I do not see that feature

Welcome to the community.

Roadmaps is a feature available for Jira Software projects. It is not available for Jira Work Management/Business projects.

The comparable feature for that type of project is Timelines.

Note that Timelines does not support all the same features as Roadmaps for Jira Software.
