I want to fetch some attributes like project start time and end time etc., from jira for all the projects just by hitting an url and the data fetched from jira will be moved to another database automatically. The final result in the database should be the project names and their respective lead times and cycle times.

How are you putting these attributes into Jira?

We can't really help you get stuff out when we don't know where the data is.  Jira doesn't have the project attributes you've mentioned, so you'll need to explain what you're doing!

You need to give more details on what you want. Projects do not have start time and end time. Maybe you use an add-on. If so, you should mention the name of the add-on.
