I want to export to excel date but from the board not from the project.
I have a project , and in the project have a board and I need a date from the board.
I do an export with a query like this (project = PS and issuetype in (bug,Spike,Story,Task,"Technical debt" )and createdDate >= '2022-04-01' and createdDate < '2022-05-01' and status = DONE ) and with whom I don't know how to get the date from the board

You can't export issues from the board, just from a filter. But the board is based on a filter which you should be able to see under board settings. 

What date is it that you are looking for? What issues exactly are you wanting to export?
