Hello,
I want to give all the team members the right to add issues/epics/tasks on the backlog regardless of their roles (Basic, Approuved, Admin). I want to give the team the ability and the right to add ideas that they want and free their creativity.
the sprints will be still defined by the Admin from the backlog.
How do i do it? and without having to give the admin rights?

The user needs to have "create issue" permission in order to create an issue.
Project permission is governed by permission scheme for a project (Project settings --> Permission)
Now to manage the users with permission you can use roles as it will make your tasks easier to manage users
Please find the list of permissions in the permission scheme on what each does and you will be better able to decide on which user needs what permission
