I want to have the amount of work i am spending on jira ticket and i am feeding my work log as well

I want a report of  the work i am spending on each jira ticket for that i am feeding work log , is there any query from which i can fetch those ? 

also even if i am not the assginee or reporter of particular jira ticket but i have put some comments and also invest some time into , can i have all those work logs?
