I want to import issues in JIRA using CSV file

I want to import Issues into JIRA, I was following instructions in below link:

But I am not able to do this as I am not "System-Administrator",

Though I am the one who setup JIRA for Enthalpy.

Only 'JIRA Administrators' can import issues.

You can add yourself to this group. Default members to this group might have been defined in 'Global Permissions' under administration window.

check your global permissions and add yourself as system admin.
