Hello Jira community !
I want to know how to get back a field to a previous state that has changed according to the change of workflow.
How it happen is
Recently our team needed to change the workflow of issues.
Previously, we had TODO, In Progress, Review, DONE but since we had a lot of issues that even though we created, the task stopped at the phase of TODO and In progress forever, we added some more status to see if the issues will use or not.
So now our workflow is like this ,,,
TODO -> Suspend -> In Progress -> Pending -> Review -> DONE
And this worked fine but this cahnge make a sprint report we use changed in a unconvinient way.
They used to put out the tasks that has already done and it still says "Tasks Done” but they show us tasks which are at the state of pending.
I put on screenshot although it's written in Japanes. The red circles are what I'm talking about and the status dont match each other.
What I want to know is ,,
I want to change this to a previous display ,meaning that I want it to show the tasks which are done in the sprint but I want it to keep the new workflow.
Sorry to be long but hope someone know the answer to this !!
Hello @光野 かおる
What type of project does this involve? Get the project Type information from the Type column on the View All Projects page under the Projects menu.
How are the Statuses of your Workflow mapped to Columns in your board? Is the Pending Status mapped to the column farthest to the right in your board? Issues assigned to the Statuses mapped to the column farthest to the right on your board will be considered "complete" at the end of the sprint, regardless of the name of the Status.

Hello
Thank you for your help and sorry for replying late.
I checked on my workflow board ( the picture down below)and the DONE part which I want to show on the top of sprint chart was not mapped to the column farthest right so I moved it to the very right.
But the display on the sprint chart was not changed.
I want to make sure if this is what you meant .

Hello @光野 かおる
Can you provide a screen image that shows the Statuses mapped to the Columns of your board?
For the sprint report that you are currently viewing, is the sprint still open and active, or has it been closed?

Hello @Trudy Claspill
Can you provide a screen image that shows the Statuses mapped to the Columns of your board?
>Isn't this the picture that I uploaded on the first question ?
For the sprint report that you are currently viewing, is the sprint still open and active, or has it been closed?
>Both of them
Both of sprints that are open and closed have been displayed same.
I used the screen translation function and might be a little weird English but put the picture down below.
So I want the completed status come up on the completed assignment but it only shows pending status.

Hello @光野 かおる
This image that you provided is an image of the Workflow.
This is not an image that shows the mappings of Statuses to the Columns of your board.
The image I asking for is part of your board configuration and would look similar to this:
